Tipsinah Mounds Golf Course

Tipsinah Mounds Golf Course is a Semi-Private, 18 hole golf course located in Elbow Lake, Minnesota, between Fergus Falls and Alexandria Minnesota, just a 5-minute drive off I-94. 

Tipsinah Mounds Golf Course first opened for play in 1982. The back nine was added in 1998. The course was designed by Joel Goldstrand.

The course has tree-lined fairways, large mounds bordering some fairways and seven lakes coming into play on nine of the eighteen holes.

Par for the course is 70. From the back tees, the course plays to 6,219 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 4,909 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 17, a par-5 that plays to 510 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 2, a par-3 that plays to 156 yards from the back tees.

Watch out for # 8, a 438 yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 2, a 156 yard par-3.
