Mount Frontenac Golf Course is a Public 18 hole golf course located on Highway 61 between the cities of Red Wing and Lake City in Frontenac, Minnesota.
The course was designed by Gordon Emerson and opened in 1985.
The course sits atop the Mississippi River bluffs with a spectacular view of Lake Pepin and the Hiawatha Valley.
Par for the course is 71. From the back tees the course plays to 6160 yards. From the forward tees the course measures 4882 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 6, a par-5 that plays to 530 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 3, a par-3 that plays to 173 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 6, a 530 yard par-5 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 14, a 290 yard par-4.
