Keller Golf Course is a Public 18 holes golf course located in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Its actual location is in the Saint Paul suburbs town of Maplewood.
Keller Golf Course first opened for play in 1929.The course was designed by Paul N. Coates. The course was renovated by architect Richard Mandell and reopened in 2014 after a 2-year closure.
The course hosted the PGA Tour's St. Paul Open from 1930 to 1968; two majors, the 1932 and 1954 PGA Championships; the 1949 Western Open, and the LPGA Tour's Patty Berg Classic in the 1970s.
The course was closed from October 2012 to July 2014 to accommodate major renovations. Architect Richard Mandell retained the course's original layout, but all of the greens and bunkers were replaced and brought up to modern standards.
Par for the course is 72. From the back tees, the course plays to 6,675 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 4,830 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 16, a par-5 that plays to 557 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 13, a par-3 that plays to 148 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 17, a 376-yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 4, a 150 yard par-3.
