Pine Belt National Golf Club, is a Public, 18 hole golf course located in Moselle, Mississippi. The course first opened for play in 1998. This par-72 course was designed by Rich Fulkerson. Pine Belt plays to 6,862 yards from the back tees. The course rating is 70.8 and the slope rating is 121.
The Clubhouse sits on the highest point in Jones County at 300 feet above sea level.
Front 9: Holes 1, 2, and 3 wind their way down from the clubhouse to 200 feet above sea level, a 100 foot elevation change. Holes 4 and 5 play level with a slight elevation into five green. Hole 6 plays along a ridge at 250 feet above sea level and the vista from the green includes almost the entire front nine. Holes 7 and 8 are level with challenging driving areas. Hole 9 gradually climbs back to the clubhouse with the green at 240 feet above sea level.
Back 9: Hole 10 plays downhill to the dogleg left fairway and across a low fairway to an elevated green. Hole 11 will crossover a lake to a dogleg night fairway down a ridge to the green. Hole 12 plays back across the same lake to a well bunkered green. Hole 13 is a par 3 that plays across a gorge to a level fairway and green. Hole 14 drops 50 feet from tee to fairway, green is bunkered. Hole number 15 plays back across the creek to a flat green. Hole number 16 is a 50 foot drop in elevation to the fairway and 40 foot back up to the elevated green. Hole number 17 is 600 yards from the champion ship tee and the most demanding par 5 in the Pine Belt area. Hole number 18 climbs back gradually to just below the clubhouse.
