Shamrock Hills Golf Course is a Public, 18 hole golf course located in the southern portion of Lee's Summit, Missouri.
Shamrock Hills Golf Club was established in 1961 by a group of four families from Harrisonville. The course was opened for play in 1964. The course was built by founder/architect Jim Weaver. The same four families maintain ownership today (as of 2010), 50 years later.
Shamrock Hills Golf Course course was built on mostly flat terrain. There are several mounds that can cause uneven lies. The fairways are tree-lined, and the greens are soft enough to hold your shots but difficult to read. Water hazards that come into play on ten holes.
Covering 170 acres, the course features challenging holes, including water hazards and rolling hills. The course measures 6,363 yards from the Men's tees with a par of 71 and 5,166 yards from the Women's tees with a par of 73.
