The course is routed around an upscale residential development, but the homes don't come into play on the course. The layout is over rolling hills with water in play on several holes, light bunkering, blind tee shots and approaches to the greens, which keeps you guessing. The course had a complete renovation in 1999 including their "million dollar" clubhouse with a new pool.
