Meramec Lakes Golf Course is a Public 18 hole golf course located in Saint Clair, Missouri.
Meramec Lakes Golf Course opened in 1993. The course was designed by Gary Kern.
Meramec Lakes Golf Course has continued to develop under the guidance of expert golf architect Gary Kern. Under his guidance, Meramec Lakes Golf Course has created better conditions, which enhance more strategy, definition and fairness in the holes. These improvements include seven new greens, renovations to older pieces of the course and the additions and revisions of many bunkers.
Several holes have been rerouted, with #4 playing tight by a lake, #15 playing across a ravine off a tee, and #17 with a new green. Also, #14 is a new par three across a lake and #18 is a new par four finishing hole. However, the most popular addition remains #10, which gives golfers an incredible, downhill vista from the tee.
#11 is a par three that also slopes downhill to a scenic green that overlooks Meramec River, back-dropped by a gorgeous rock outcropping. #13 features a new set of tees, which lessen the angle of the dogleg, add length to the hole, and offers players another scenic view of the gorgeous Meramec River.
