Green Meadow Golf Club is a Public, 36-hole golf facility located in Hudson, New Hampshire. The facility has two 18-hole golf courses, they are The Prairie Course and The Jungle Course.
The Praire Course opened in 1959. The course was designed by Phil & David Friel.
The Prairie Course is considered the easiest of the two courses. It is flatter and more wide-open than the Jungle Course. The fairways are wide and tree-lined. Water hazards only come into play on a few holes.
The Friels believed that a good shot should be rewarded and that a bad shot should not be severely punished (more than one stroke). Green Meadow still expresses this balance of challenge, variety, and reward, which is the essence of golf.
