The Oaks Golf Links is a semi-private 18-hole golf course located in Somersworth, New Hampshire.
The course first opened for play in 2004. The course architect was William Bradley Booth.
Driver off the tee box is often the wrong choice at The Oaks. The course requires a bit of a conservative approach. Better to march it a bit shorter straight down the fairways than find trouble. Of course, even the fairways are guarded by strategically placed bunkers. Off the fairways, you'll encounter wetlands, trees, and rough-rough. It's best to play it safe. The course offers a number of risk-reward opportunities, but unless you brought your A game, well, I already warned you. If you post a good score you will know you earned it.
