Navesink Country Club

Navesink Country Club is a Private, 18 hole golf course located in Middletown, New Jersey.

Hal Purdy was the course architect. The course first opened for play in 1964.

This scenic course is located alongside the Navesink River and on the edge of a horse ranch, making for a gorgeous setting.  The terrain is rolling hills, and the water hazards come into play on twelve holes.  Sand bunkers come into play on every hole.  This course is known for its hard-to-read greens. The course has elevation changes and rolling terrain. Some water holes with streams crossing fairways and a couple of ponds in front of greens. This is a challenging, beautiful, very fair, and playable golf course.

Par for the course is 72. From the back tees, the course plays to 6,742 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 5,777 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 11, a par-5 that plays to 574 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 3, a par-7 that plays 174 yards from the back tees.

Watch out for # 6, a 547-yard par-5 challenge, and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole at Navesink Golf Course is # 17, a 190 yard par-3.
