The Bridge Golf Course is a Private 18-hole golf course located in Bridgehampton, New York.
Former commodities trader Robert Rubin hired architect Rees Jones to build The Bridge Golf Course on the site the old Bridgehampton Motor Racing Circuit. The course opened for play in 2002.
The Bridge flows with the dramatic topography, optimizing spectacular views of the sound. The appealing mix of downhill, uphill, and level holes add to the challenge and beauty of this classic course. The course may be classic, but the club house is super modern.
The Bridge Golf Course is one of the most expensive clubs in the country. If you have to ask....yeah, I had to ask. Try $750,000 initiation fee -- which doesn't include tax or the annual dues of around $20,000. The tax, about $62,000. The initiation fee is a relatively good deal, according to one Hamptons golf insider, since it includes guest fees.
The price may be a bit stuffy, but the Club attitude is not. Casual golf wear is just fine.
The Bridge plays to a par-72, and measures 7,341 yards from theback tees. The course rating is 76.1 with a slope rating of 140.
