Marine Park Golf Course is a links style course built off Jamaica Bay. From the back tees the course measures nearly 7,000 yards the longest course in the city. Factor in the steady in-your-face wind that always seems to blow off the bay make it seem like 8,000 yards. Some of the fairways on this relatively flat course are dogleg configurations, while others are somewhat tree lined. The large and undulating greens are among the finest in the city.

Par for the course is 72. From the back tees the course plays to 6866 yards. From the forward tees the course measures 5323 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 18, a par-5 that plays to 530 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 17, a par-3 that plays to 182 yards from the back tees.

Watch out for # 3, a 465 yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole at Marine Park Golf Course is # 17, a 182 yard par-3. Water comes into play on #9, a 420-yard par 4. A large pond guards the entire left side of this fairway.
