The Rip was built on flat terrain and features wide fairways. The small greens are medium speed, and water hazards come into play on five holes. Hole #8 features a reflection of the mountains in its pond.
The Rip's 9 unique golf holes are the perfect place for beginners to start their journey of learning the game of golf, as well as offering a challenge to low handicaps or experienced golfers.
This 9 hole Donald Ross design has alternating tees plays like an 18 hole course. The "Front nine" plays to 3000 yards par 36 with 5 par fours, 2 par threes and 2 par fives. The "Back nine" plays just over 3000 yards, par 36 with 3 par threes, 3 par fours and 3 par fives.
