Detailed description

Glenross Golf Club, is a Public, 18 hole golf course located in Delaware, Ohio.

Glenross Golf Club, formerly Tanglewood Golf Course, first opened for play in 1968. Tanglewood was designed by Jack Kidwell. The course was rennovated and reopened in 2006 as Glenross Golf Club. The rennovation was done by Kinney Golf Course Design.

Today, Glenross is a blend of both old and new. The renovation of the course was extensive, but its identity was retained. The large majestic oak trees that defined many fairways take on the same importance by bordering the fairways of the new Glenross course. and much of the golf course layout will be recognizable to previous patrons. However, five new holes have been added to strengthen the layout. As in the past, play continues to occur both north and south of Cheshire Road in Delaware, Ohio, but a new tunnel now leads players from the front nine to the back nine.

Glenross's 6,550-yard, par-70 golf course features four sets of tees on each hole. Renovation occured from tee through green on each of the existing 13 holes and five holes have completely new layout and design. The course boasts rolling fairways, undulating greens, fifty new sand bunkers, seven ponds and a natural creek. Acres of wetlands, natural grass areas and hundreds of trees have been added to further challenge golfers and enhance the overall playing experience.

Black tees: 6,551 yards

Blue tees: 6,122 yards

White tees: 5,634 yards

Red Tees: 5,028 yards
