Darby Creek Golf Course

Darby Creek Golf Course is a Public 18 holes golf course  located in Marysville, Ohio .

The golf course was opened for play in the spring of 1993. The course was designed by Geoffrey Cornish and Brian Silva.

Part of what is now the golf course was formerly home to The Ohio Orchard Company from the 1920's to mid-1980's. 

Darby Creek front and back nine are distinctively different.

The front nine "The Links" was created on the old orchard site. It is reminiscent of a Scottish links course with an emphasis on natural grasses and sand bunkers to create the definition of each hole.  

The back nine "The Woods" follows the more traditional American layout as it cuts through with tree lined fairways and greens highlighted by strategically placed lakes and sand bunkers.  

With multiple tee locations and yardage ranging from 5,200 to over 7,000 Darby Creek offers the perfect balance between playability and challenge for golfers of every ability level.

Par for the course is 72. From the back tees, the course plays to 7087 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 5197 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 4, a par-5 that plays to 558 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 7, a par-3 that plays to 172 yards from the back tees.

Watch out for # 8, a 434-yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 10, a 335 yard par-4.
