Cumberland Trail golf course first opened for play in 1999. The course was designed by Michael Hurdzan & Dana Fry.
Cumberland Trail golf course was built on gently-rolling terrain. The course has two distinct styles. The front nine was built on farmland and is characterized by wide fairways and open play. The back nine plays through undisturbed swampland, offering a tighter, links-style feel. The most demanding hole is #6, a 200-yard, par 3, featuring water from the tee to the well-bunkered three-quarter island green. Cumberland Trail Golf Course has five sets of tees, fast true greens, driving range, practice greens.
