Lakeside Park Golf Club is a Public, 18-hole golf course located in Walters, Oklahoma. The course is located 1-mile northwest of the city.
Lakeside Golf Course first opened for play in 1950. The course was originally a 5 hole course. After several years it was expanded to 9 holes and in 996 expanded once again, this time to 18 holes. Buddy Pierson and Bob Henry designed the course.
The signature hole is #7. This hole requires a long tee shot over water to a narrow fairway. No sand bunkers are on the course, but shot accuracy is still essential because out-of-bounds stakes line sixteen holes.
The Lakeside Golf Course plays to a par-71 and a distance of 5,934 yards. The course rating is 70.0, and the slope rating is 113.
