The Prairie West Golf Course first opened for play in 1971. The course was designed by Ward Maynard and Labron Harris.
Prairie West Golf Course is situated in Weatherford's Rader Park. The 6,200-yard, par-71 course features fairways perched atop windswept hills and offers a true western Oklahoma test of golfing skills. The course also has a driving range, practice putting green, and sand bunkers for practice or warm-up. This public course offers something for everyone. Family memberships and daily green fees are available, and discounts for students and seniors are also available.
