Beaver Run Golf Course is a 9 hole golf course located in Bala, Ontario.
The course was cut out of the Muskoka terrain. The layout is heavily wooded, with trees lining all of the fairways. The greens are medium-sized and in great condition. The layout is great for players of all levels, incorporating four water hazards, a few sand bunkers and unique rock outcroppings in place of sand bunkers. The scenery on this course is particularly beautiful in autumn when the leaves are changing.
The signature hole is #5, a 325-yard, par 4, which calls for an elevated tee shot that must avoid a pond that is 120 yards in front of the green. Players must decide whether to carry the tee shot over the water or lay-up for the second shot.
