Lookout Point Golf Club is an 18 hole golf course located in Fonthill, Ontario.
The course first opened for play in 1922. The course designer was Walter Travis.
Lookout Point Golf course was built on the highest ground in the Niagara Peninsula. The long fairways are both narrow and challenging. Accuracy is a must on this course. Three water hazards, consisting of two ponds and a running stream, come into play.
The signature hole is #8, a 153-yard, par 3, which plays uphill into the wind. There are hills on either side of the green, which is well guarded by sand bunkers and a variety of trees.
Lookout Point is consistently ranked in the Top 100 Courses in Canada by ScoreGolf. In 2012, Lookout Point was ranked 85th and 88th in 2010.
