Scarboro Golf Country Club is a private 18 hole golf course located in Scarboro, Ontario.
The course dates to 1912. A. W. Tillinghast redesigned this course in 1926.
The course is very challenging, even for the most experienced golfers. The layout was cut out of a wooded area, leaving numerous mature trees lining the course. The fairways are narrow. Water hazards come into play on several holes. The greens are small to medium in size and very fast. A unique feature is that this course has 19 holes.
Hole #18, is a 130-yard, par 3, that plays uphill to an elevated green that is sloped and very small in size.
The signature hole is #4, a 205-yard, par 3, which calls for an elevated tee shot through a chute to a long and narrow green.
