Middlefield Village Golf Course is a Public 18 hole executive length golf course located in Cottage Grove, Oregon.

Middlefield Village Golf Course opened for play in 1991. The course was designed by Gene "Bunny" Mason.

Middlefield Village Golf Course is nestled among mature landscaping and borders the scenic Row (pronounced to rhyme with "cow") River. The course was purchased by the City of Cottage Grove in December, 2006 and is operated by the City. The course is a challenging executive course that rivals many professional length courses.
