Detailed description
Jack Frost National Golf Course is a semi-private, 18-hole golf course located in Blakeslee, Pennsylvania, in the heart of the Pocono Mountains.

Jack Frost National Golf Course opened for play in 2007. The course was designed by Terry LaGree.

Considered a “large golf course” spanning over 7,200 yards, and more than 200 acres, the course covers magnificent terrain, beautiful landscapes and offers striking vistas and views. The course is located on the crest of Jack Frost Mountain that encompasses an elevation of 2000 ft and the natural Oak Forest highlights the movement of each golf hole.

The front 9 is fairly level after the 1st tee shot until the second shot on the 9th. The back 9 has more elevation changes and is tighter. The fairways are generally wide, but your angle of attack into the greens is important, so shot placement is the key to lower scores. The greens can eat you up with undulation and changing conditions as the day progresses. Jack Frost National Golf Course is a player friendly design that gives players of every skill level an enjoyable golf experience. Jack Frost National has wide fairways, easily identified target areas, few uneven lies and no blind shots.
