Cumberland Golf Club is a Public, 18 hole golf course located in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Carlisle is located in the Cumberland Valley in south central Pennsylvania. 

Cumberland Golf Club first opened for play in 1961. The course was designed by James Harrison.

The Golf Course is situated on 150 rolling acres of rolling that had been used as farmland dating back to the late 1700's. The large brick home on the property was formerly a toll stop and tavern located on Route 11, a main route for travelers. The Black Horse Tavern, as it was known, offered room and board for settlers moving between Shippensburg and Carlisle. Its visitors included soldiers from both sides during the Civil War.  

The course plays to a par of 72 and maximum distance og 6,777 yards. The course rating is 70.3 with a slope rating of 121.
