Pittsburgh National Golf Club, previously named Deer Run Golf Course, is a Public, 18 hole golf course located in Gibsonia, Pennsylvania

Pittsburgh National Golf Club first opened for play in 1994. The course was designed by Ron Forse.

Pittsburgh National Golf Club is now a fully public facility offering new membership and season pass rates and is open to the public seven days a week. The course has over 60 new renovated bunkers, along with 75 new golf carts equipped with GPS.

Pittsburgh National was carved out of a wooded area and has varied fairways from moderately narrow to some wide open. The greens are larger than average and some are tiered. One lake and some streams come into play on a few holes.

Par for the course is 72. From the back tees the course plays to 6,933 yards. From the foward tees the course plays to 5,184 yards and a par-73. The longest hole on the course is # 14, a par-5 that plays to 545 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 8, a par-3 that plays to 190 yards from the back tees.

Watch out for # 11, a 412 yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole at Pittsburgh National Golf Club is # 8,the 190 yard par-3.
