Woodbridge Golf Course opened in 2008. The course was designed by Emido Fillippini.
Although shorter in length at 6,200 yards than many modern course designs, their Par 70 layout more then makes up for it with a challenging design. Beginning on the first tee in northern Berks County, golfers begin a memorable journey across this previously working dairy farm that rises and falls across 140 feet of elevation change, through western Lehigh County and back again.
Woodbridge offers a blend of playing styles. A straight forward front nine offers golfers wide fairways, large undulating greens, lakes and an appropriate amount of greenside bunkering to challenge players of all abilities. In contrast when making the turn to the back nine, the need to carefully choose your landing spots is more of a requirement. This is a shot makers delight! Beginning with the 210 yard Par 3 10th, the course makes it ascent to the higher elevations where it meanders through tall mature hardwoods and environmentally sensitive areas to more smallish greens.
The finish at Woodbridge requires a players undivided attention, including the signature hole #17. A challenging Par-4 that first requires a properly placed tee shot across a large environmental area. Having navigated the tee shot golfers are left to then traverse the remaining 150 yards across a second environmental area to the large receptive green.
