Silver Spring Golf Course, is a Public, 18 hole golf course located in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.

Silver Spring Golf Course first opened for play in 1969. The course was designed by George Fazio.

The course's narrow fairways require accurate shots from off the tees. The greens are well bunkered, and numerous strategically placed sand bunkers have been incorporated into the course design.  Water hazards (featuring the Conodoguinet Creek and seven ponds) come into play on over half the holes.

The course is a bit short by modern standards, The course plays to a par-70 and maximum distance of 5,788 yards.

The course was purchased by Millfording Estates LP in 2013 for a reported 1 million dollars. The 90-acre tract golf course / track of land will eventually make room for a new housing development.

Plans include building single-family homes to complement the adjacent Millfording Highlands development
