A Nov. 17, 2008 auction was held selling of the golf course equipment.

The 44-year old Carradam Golf Club in North Huntington, Pa., was closed after its sale to a real estate developer for $2 million. Lincoln Hills Realty Associates, headed by principal Robert Shuster, finalized purchase of the property Dec. 31, 2008.

The company reportedly plans to retain the 132-acre property as inventory for future residential development only.
