Del-Mar Golf Course is a Semi-Private, 18 hole golf course located in Wampum, Pennsylvania.
The course opened for play in 1960. The course designer was Archie Loeffler.
The fairways are hilly and wide open. Some of the greens and tees that are elevated. Three lakes and a pond come into play on one hole.
The layout is that of a traditional par-72 course with a blend of long and short par 4’s, challenging par 3’s and reachable par 5’s. From the back tees, the course plays to 6,415 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 5,095 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 2, a par-5 that plays to 560 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 11, a par-3 that plays to 166 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 10, a 448-yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole at Del-Mar Golf Course is # 7, a 465 yard par-5.
