Detailed description
Lone Pine Golf Club is a Private, 18 hole golf facility located in Washington, Pennsylvania

Lone Pine Golf Club at one point was a 27-hole facility with three 9-hole golf courses. These courses could be combined in pairs to form three different 18 hole course challenges. The nine-hole courses were The Brookside Course, The Lakeside Course, and The Hillside Course. The Hillside Course closed in 2006.

Lone Pine Golf Club first opened for play in 1969. The Brookside Nine was designed by Xenophon Hassenplug. The Lakeside Nine was designed by Brian Ault.

Lone Pine Golf Course has fairly open fairways, and their greens are medium-sized and semi-fast.

The Brookside Nine (front 9) is the easiest because it has fewer water hazards than the Lakeside Course.

The Lakeside Nine (back 9) is a target course because of the water hazards coming into play on many holes. The signature hole on the Lakeside Nine is #8, a 474-yard, par 5, which provides a spectacular view overlooking the main lake.
