Aberdeen Country Club is a Semi-Private, 27 hole golf course facility in Longs, South Carolina. The facility has three 9-hole course, The Highlands Nine, The Meadows Nine and The Woodlands Nine. Each of the Nines on this Scottish links-style course play to a par 36.
Aberdeen Country Club first opened for play in 1990. The course(s) were designed by Tom Jackson.
Formally known as “Buck Creek,” the course was nominated by Golf Digest as “America’s Best New Course for 1990.” This 27-hole tract is tucked among hardwoods along the Waccamaw River. It features extensive mounding, wide landing areas and bent grass greens, and presents a different feel, look and challenge on each nine.
