Greens were slow as molasses, fairways weren't in the best of shape either...but may have been aerated recently. Houses and apartments lurk on many holes too. A lot of them don't seem to be in play but we still had a number of 'not that bad' shots that either bounced into siding or snuck into a yard because there's really not much stopping your ball from doing so.
THIS COURSE WAS FUN AND IT WILL STAY ON OUR ROTATION FOR 2014
I played this as part of a local tournament. It was in excellent condition and was a joy to play.
