Detailed description
Temple Hills Country Club is a private 27-hole golf facility located in Franklin , Tennessee. Temple Hills Country Club has three 9-hole golf courses. These courses can be combined in pairs to form three different 18 hole course challenges. The nine-hole courses are The Dogwood Course, The Quail Run Course, and The Deer Crest Course.

The Temple Hills Country Club golf courses opened in 1972. The courses were designed by Leon Howard.

These challenging courses play fair because there are no hidden hazards. The greens are undulating, and the fairways are plush. Many trees and water hazards come into play throughout all three courses. In addition, all the courses were built on rolling terrain. The Deer Crest/Quail Run Course is the most challenging because of its tree-lined fairways and many out-of-bounds areas. The numerous water hazards that come into play also adds to the difficulty of this course. The club's signature hole is on the Quail Course, hole #8, a 192-yard, par 3, requiring a tee shot over water to a peninsula green.

The 9-hole Quail Run course at Temple Hills Country Club measures 3,408 yards and plays to a par of 36.

The 9-hole Deercrest course at Temple Hills Country Club measures 3,423 yards and plays to a par of 36.

The 9-hole Dogwood course at Temple Hills Country Club measures 3,351 yards and plays to a par of 36.
