Warrior's Path State Park Golf Course is a Public, 18 hole golf course located on the shores of Fort Patrick Henry Lake and the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains in Kingsport, Tennessee. The course is part of the Tennessee Golf Trail.
Warriors Path State Park Golf Course first opened for play in 1972.The course was designed by George Cobb.
The course has rather large open rolling fairways. The well-bunkered greens are slightly sloped and full of subtle breaks. Out-of-bounds areas come into play on nine holes. #5 tee offers a scenic view of the Patrick Henry Lake. The signature hole #14, a par 3, that measures 200 yards.
Par for the course is 36. From the back tees, the course plays to 6,601 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 4,858 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 3, a par-5 that plays to 572 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 7, a par-3 that plays to 186 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 3, a 572 yard par-5 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 8, a 330 yard par-4.
