This flexibility provides a challenge for all golfers from novice to professional. The course is a tight course with Mesquite trees that come into play on five holes. Hole #3 has a dogleg fairway and requires a shot over a creek.

Plummer's expertise and artistry have produced a series of 9 unique holes, each with its own natural features. Lakes, creeks and South Texas mesquites provide a beautiful back drop and blend with the course design to produce a one-of-a-kind golf experience. Ralph Plummer's original vision and layout was for Alice Country Club to be an 18-hole course. The club owns the land necessary to develop the back 9 holes.
