Lamesa Municipal Golf Course, previously named Plains Fairway Public Golf Course is a Public, 9 hole golf course located in Lamesa, Texas.
The Golf Course first opened for play in 1954. The course was designed by Harvey Allen.
There are no bunkers, but the course has two water holes, along with tight, tree-lined fairways. The greens and the course have a reputation for being in good condition. This is also a good course to walk because it’s flat.
#3, a tree-lined par 4 requires your approach shot to thread the needle of a 15-yard opening between the mature, old trees that protect the green. #3 is considered the most difficult hole on the course.
Blue tees: par-35, 3,150 yards
Red tees: par-35, 2,375 yards
