North Mesquite Golf Course first opened for play in 1994. The course was designed and built by City Workers.
Some have used the word “upscale†to describe this par 3 practice facility, a term usually reserved for regulation courses. The course has mounding and bunkers, as well as water on four holes. The signature hole plays over water into the wind: No. 6, which is only 134 yards but has bunkers around the green.
North Mesquite Golf Course plays to a 9-hole par-27 and maximum distance of 1,223 yards.
North Mesquite Golf Course closed in 2006.
