Rotan Golf Club is a 9-hole public, city-owned, municipal golf course located in The West Texas town of Rotan.
The course first opened for play in 1935.
The course is maintained by volunteers who pay $100 per year to be members of the Rotan Golf Club. There is no pro shop and there are no carts.
The course sits and uniformly level terrain. The greens are Bermuda. The course operates on the honor system. At only $5.00 to play, it's not Augusta, but it is golf.
#3, a par-4, is the signature hole. The highlight of the hole is an approach shot over a “ditch” to the small green.
