Detailed description

Hyatt Hill Country Golf Club is a Resort, 27-hole golf course facility located in San Antonio, Texas. The Golf Club has three 9-hole courses The Oaks, The Creeks, and The Lakes. They can be combined in 3 distinct 18-hole combinations: Oaks/Creeks, Oaks/Lakes, and Creeks/Oaks.

The championship courses of this facility were designed by the nationally acclaimed golf course architectural firm Arthur Hills and Associates.

The Oaks opened for play in 1993, and the Creeks and Lakes opened in 2005.

Each course offers four tee placements, one for every level of golfer. Each 18-hole combination plays to a par-72.

Great time and the staff was outstanding and the course was in great shape considering how dry it has been.

As a member I really enjoy the 27 holes. Even with tournaments going on, can still play. Facilities and staff give a private club feel at a great price. Course always in good shape, except when airating (which everyone has to do a couple times a year),even during our drought. T-times are easy to get and being a resort course gives it a special edge few courses in the area have. I want to recommend it to friends, but I'ld rather keep it a secret.

I last played this course 10-15 years ago and did not have fond memories of it -- thought then it was bland and overpriced. This experience was different. Played the Lakes and Creeks courses in 100+ heat. The course was in very good shape. It was chalenging, even difficult, much more so than I recalled. It ate balls. Before I played this course last week, because trhere were tournaments everywhere else, I would not have played it. Having played it again, I would definitely play it again.

Don't get lost on cart path driving green to tee. Fun course to play. Wife didn't like, no restrooms except at turn.

Lot of blind shots and very narrow fairways.
