The Quechee Club is a Private 36 hole golf course facility in Quechee, Vermont. The Quechee Club has two 18-hole championship course, The Highland Course, and The Lakeland Course.
The Lakeland Course was designed by Geoffrey Cornish. This course opened for play in 1975, 5 years after The Highland Course opened.
This is a par 72 course. The Lakeland Course measures approximately 6,570 yards from the back tees and presents more of a links-style design that incorporates trees, bunkers, and water features. A long stretch of the Ottauquechee River runs adjacent to the course, making ball placement and skillful course management key to a successful round.
Its rolling and generally wide fairways often allow your ball to gain extra distance off the tees. With a reputation for playing more easily than its sister course, The Highlands Course, this course may lead you to more pars.
