The 37-acre property includes its own 9-hole golf course, indoor and outdoor tennis courts and multiple homes.
The property's setting, facing Mount Snow, provides spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. The property includes four homes, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, outdoor pool, and of course, Vermont’s only privately owned 9-hole golf course that includes 2 par fives and the only island green in Vermont.
The course closed in 2009 and the property is being developed for residential use.
