Skyland Lakes Golf Club

Skyland Lakes Golf Course is a Public 18 hole golf course located in Fancy Gap, Virginia, on the Blue Ridge Parkway near the Virginia / North Carolina border.

The course first opened for play in 1988. The course was designed by Welch DeBoard.

All eighteen of the scenic holes play through foothill forests and meadows. The back nine starts with a 570-yard, par 5, featuring a dogleg left fairway and a well-bunkered green.  

Par for the course is 71. From the back tees, the course plays to 6,520 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 5,118 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 10, a par-5 that plays to 570 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 4, a par-3 that plays to 153 yards from the back tees.

Watch out for # 3, a 569-yard par-5 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 12, a 370 yard par-4.
