Goose Creek Golf Club first opened for play in 1952. The course was designed by William F. Gordon. the course has been renovated by Rick Jacobsen.

Par for the course is 72. From the back tees, the course plays to 6,410 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 5,170 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 15, a par-5 that plays to 494 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 3, a par-3 that plays to 169 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 6, a 411 yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole at Goose Creek Golf Club is # 18, a 339 yard par-4.
Goose Creek Closed December 31, 2015.
Goose Creek's owner, shut down the 63-year-old public course on Dec. 31, 2015. By the middle of 2016, they will launch a full-scale redevelopment of its 110.8 acres. The plan calls for the construction of 33 single-family detached homes, 125 townhomes, a 132-room hotel, a 6,000-square-foot restaurant and perhaps someday, a 9-hole golf course. Don't hold your breath waiting.
