Lamberts Point Golf Course, CLOSED 2022

Lamberts Point Golf Course is a 9-hole golf course located in Norfolk, Virginia.

Lamberts Point Golf Course opened for play in 2005. Lester George designed the course.

Lamberts Point Golf Course is a beautiful waterside course that plays to a 9-hole par-34 and a maximum distance of 2,789 yards.

The facility also has a 10,000-square-foot putting green and a heated driving range.

The course closed in December 2022.

Lambert’s Point Golf Course will be replaced by a sustainable water project from the Hampton Roads Sanitation District, WAVY reported.

The HRSD recently bought the site from the city for a total of $30 million and will take ownership on Jan. 1, 2023.
