Hunting Hills Country Club

Hunting Hills Country Club is a Private 18 hole golf course located in Roanoke, Virginia.

Hunting Hills Country Club first opened for play in 1965. The course was designed by Fred Findlay. Buddy Loving redesigned the course in 1987.

The course has heavily tree-lined fairways and small greens.  Sand bunkers protect the greens and fairways. Water hazards come into play on at least six holes, placing an emphasis on shot accuracy.  

Par for the course is 70. From the back tees, the course plays to 6058 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 5006 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 5, a par-5 that plays to 501 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 13, a par-3 that plays to 133 yards from the back tees.

Watch out for # 1, a 399-yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 13, a 133 yard par-3.
