Royal Oaks Country Club is a Private, 18 hole golf course located in Vancouver, Washington.
The course architect was Fred Federspiel. Royal Oaks opened in 1947. A second nine was added in 1952. The course was redesigned by Robert Muir Graves in 1993.
The course was carved out of a forest, and there is a natural creek flowing through the design, which comes into play on a few holes. There is also a lateral water hazard coming into play on the front right side of hole #12, a 196-yard, par 3.
Par for the course is 72. From the back tees, the course plays to 7,017 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 5,208 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 15, a par-5 that plays to 556 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 5, a par-3 that plays to 160 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 4, a 453-yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole at Royal Oaks is # 10, a 315 yard par-4.
