The course plays fast and firm - in the style of great links courses - rolling atop the rich soils deposited by the ancient Missoula Floods. Measuring up to 7,360 yards, Wine Valley has an appropriate challenge for the scratch golfer as well as the novice.
Wine Valley Golf Club architect Dan Hixson Hixson is a rising star in golf course design. After overseeing a handful of remodel and renovation projects in the Pacific Northwest, Hixson gained prominence with his acclaimed debut at Bandon Crossings in Bandon, Oregon. Wine Valley is his second solo design.
