Sandy Brae Golf Course, CLOSED 2015

Sandy Brae Golf Course is a Public, 18 hole golf course located in Clendenin, West Virginia. 

Sandy Brae first opened for play in 1964. The course was designed by Ed Ault.

The course is built on hilly terrain, so expect uneven lies. Most fairways afford generous landing areas, and water hazards come into play on three holes.

The most difficult hole at Sandy Brae Golf Course is #16, a 328-yard, par 4, requiring an accurate tee shot up a narrow, dogleg left fairway.

Sandy Brae Golf Course plays to a  par-69 and maximum distance of 5,876 yards. The women's tees play to 5,312 yards and a par-74. The longest hole on the course is # 5, a par-5 that plays to 543 Yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 2, a par-3 that plays to 134 yards from the back tees.

Watch out for # 1, a 520 yard par-5 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 15, a 146 yard par-3.
