Amanda began working in the golf industry in 2013 in Northern California and has been playing competitive golf for 15 years. The highlight of her golf career is being a Certified PGA Coach. Her passion is coaching young athletes and was the Head Coach in CA for a high school’s girl's golf team 2016-2018. She is currently working towards getting her PGA Class A to become a Head Golf Professional. At Canyon River Golf Club, she facilitates group clinics, gives private lessons, on course lessons, and provides specialized club fitting with her personal launch monitor. She uses her degree in Psychology to teach, evaluate and communicate her students’ needs to further their success on the golf course. Her main goal is to help her students build up their confidence in their golf game. During the winter, she is an Assistant Golf Professional at La Quinta Country Club.
