John Platt is a PGA Teaching Professional and The Director of Instruction at Mistwood Performance Center, Mistwood Golf Course, Plainfield, Illinois. 

John was the NCAA 1999 National Coach of the year Division II/III, the 2011 Illinois PGA teacher of the year, and the 2012 Illinois Chapter PGA Junior Leader. Over 120 of John's golf students have played on college scholarships.
